Yes. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected or covered by DailyTog.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update active movements.

We want you to love your look! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Email info@dailytog.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide step-by-step return mailing instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DailyTog is not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

As a general rule for sustainable fabrics: machine wash cold inside out with like colors, use mild detergent, and hang dry. Avoid tumble drying or bleaching to prevent shrinkage and preserve fabric softness.
